Process

Additionally, let me know if you would like to be tagged in the post or not, under which username you would like to be tagged, etc.

I will send an invoice. Once I receive payment in full, I will send a rough sketch for review & approval. After the sketch has been approved, small changes, such as coloring errors, will be free of charge. Larger changes that require me to redraw parts of the piece will require further payment. While I am usually able to finish commissions within a month, please note that wait times may be longer due to factors such as complexity of the artwork, schedule, health, etc. Please let me know if you need a piece done within a specific timeframe and I will do my best to work with you.

Payment

Commissions must be paid in full upfront via Paypal before I start working. Do not send payment before I accept your commission - I will send an invoice.If you would like to send a tip I take them via my Ko-Fi!

You will receive

- Full resolution png image. (Canvas size may be variable. Let me know in advance if you are looking for a specific resolution)
- .PSD file available upon request. (Please note that I do not keep my .PSD files saved indefinitely so if a .PSD is required please ask as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.)
- You will not receive a physical product.

Cancellation & Refunds

- I have the right to refuse a commission if it is something I feel uncomfortable drawing, or something I feel I am unable to draw to a standard I am satisfied with.
- I have the right to cancel and fully refund your commission at any time.
- Commissions may be cancelled if payment has not yet been sent.
- I will gladly refund in full for pieces I have not started yet.
- If you request a refund after a sketch has been sent I will refund half of what you paid.
- Refunds are not an option for completed works.
- If a chargeback is filed against me you will be banned from future purchases.

Copyright/Usage

- Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Please discuss with me prior if you are planning on commissioning me for commercial works.
- The express intents and purpose of commissions used for merchandise, promotional material, YouTube channels, etc. must be stated in advance. I reserve the right to refuse any commission based on this. Following a commission if I determine that my art is being used in a way that is damaging to my reputation as an artist or to other people (such as hate speech) or I have been misled about its purposes I will pursue legal action. My artwork being used to promote bigotry will not be tolerated.
- Though I reserve the rights over the final artwork, I will respect your wishes if you would prefer I did not post it publicly.
- You may use the artwork for personal use (icons, non-commercial prints for your own use, etc). You may not use the artwork commercially unless discussed prior.
- Under no circumstances may you mint an NFT of my artwork.
- Commissioning me with the intent of using my work in machine learning or derived technologies is in direct breach of my terms of use and will be considered an automatic purchase of exclusive rights for that individual artwork and you will be charged accordingly.

Underage NSFW/Zoophilia/incest, or the endorsement of such content
The promotion of right-wing ideology/fascism
Pregnancy
Humans (just because I don't feel I'm good enough at drawing them to be comfortable doing commissions featuring them)

Prices

Full customs with completely original artwork cost $60 USD (with a price increase for additional images/outfits) and customs made using my pre-made bases cost $30 USD. All the bases I have available are up on my Ko-Fi.Examples of designs I have made can be seen on my Toyhou.se.

Terms & Conditions

Do not sell or claim the original artwork as your own. Artwork that you hold the rights to depicting the design may be used commercially.The design concept itself may be modified without limit.Credit for the original design is not required in every instance it is used but is preferred when appropriate, such as on reference sheets or sold goods depicting the design.

You must be over 18 to purchase a NSFW commission from me. Because I do not want my adult content to be accessible to minors, I do not have my adult-oriented accounts listed publicly.
If you want to see examples of my NSFW art, message me privately and provided you have your age in your bio or confirm to me in your message that you are over 18 I will allow you access.Anyone under the age of 18 is expressly forbidden from viewing, interacting with, or sharing my NSFW artwork or accounts in any way. If I find you have tried to circumvent these rules you will be permanently blocked and blacklisted from commissioning any artwork from me in the future, regardless of content.I may ask for official ID if I suspect a client that has purchased adult artwork from me of being under the age of 18. I reserve the right to terminate interaction with clients who are unable or unwilling to provide proof of age.
